What are your fees

Choose the service you need and your documents will be prepared by a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA). The documents are signed and then filed.
For those looking to self-represent in an uncontested divorce case, CD&D Associates is here to ensure your divorce document preparation and filing is handled with attention to detail. We understand the emotional toll of family law cases.

We meet with clients By Appointment Only, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CD&D Associates are located at 1010 S Broadway Suite E, Santa Maria, CA 93454.

For your convenience, we offer Zoom appointments and telephone appointments.

As soon as the other party is served with the Petition. From this date, the earliest termination date that can be entered is 6 months plus 1 day from the date of service.

CD&D Associates is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We help you with your self -help services. Attorney referrals available upon request.

If you and your spouse cannot agree, you may be able to use mediation to resolve your divorce disputes. Mediation allows each party to discuss concerns and specific issues that need to be resolved. If divorce issues can be settled through mediation, then the divorce case can proceed as an uncontested matter and most likely neither party will need to appear in court.
